I saw a coloring tutorial earlier today and thought it had some good ideas in it, so I decided to try a bit of it. This was one of the few pictures I found on my hard drive that was a simple clean-up away from being able to be colored. I did change a few things. I tend to draw the face too closed in, but at the same time draw the side of the head too far back when I don't draw ears. So I fixed that up a little. I tried varying the waves a little (not too much) and I took the swimsuit out because she's supposed to be bathing, and it's kind of weird to bathe in a swimsuit.
