So, I'm still not sure if I can put my portfolio pieces up from the job I just finished, so I decided to give you a rough idea of what I did. So my first thought was to do one of the giant machines from Mega Man.
I was thinking about the HD remakes of some games, and how they never fix a problem that a lot of SNES and Genesis games have - they have side lighting. Which is fine if you're willing to color left and right differently. I find bottom and top lighting a smart choice since it allows you to flip the drawing without any problems like that.
This is Wily's Machine from Mega Man 2. I believe this is as far as I got before I lost completely as a child. The first Mega Man game I beat without cheating was Mega Man 6. Which I also beat today. It may seem big now, but you can view it even bigger if you'd like. I didn't clean it up in a pixel based editor, but it's looking like maybe I should.

Electronic memory is something that I seemingly will never have enough of. It's as if megabytes and gigabytes have become an inseparable part of my day to day existence. Ever since I bought a Micro SD Card for my Nintendo DS flash card, I've been constantly vigilant for large memory at cheap prices. It's driving me crazy.
