Well I worked a little bit in the animation industry recently. Doing shadow and tone for some General Mills commercials. It was definitely fun and I met a whole slew of interesting people. I worked with a super impressive animator as one of my main bosses. Some of the things he did were just mind blowing to my still young animator mind. My friend and I sat around one of the last days of work flipping through a lucky charms commercial just trying to figure out how to wrap your brain around some of what he did.

Really I wish they had enough work to last me through the next couple years. It's just a great atmosphere to work in and I had an awesome time. I also learned about the panic that a client changing something last minute can cause.
I've also been doing a lot of drawing exercises and trying to improve my situation as an animator. Since I'm an animator, I also didn't want to let it get too serious, so there's been lots of fooling around and getting some really neat results because of it. Here's some stuff from work and some other recent art done to prove that I've done stuff in the last couple months.
I need to keep working. Update my portfolio and reel, preferably.
